My email is the same as the one I m using for this account so u can email me any test and i will try and get back to you within the next 3 days or so if you are still recruiting.

I dont mind doing either chinese nor japanese manga but as for japanese i need it to be in furigana as my kanji is not that gd yet. I dont exactly do shoujo manga but i dont mind helping out.

Hi again!

Your app looks very satisfactory! Welcome to the team! I can direct you to one of our translators to walk you through the protocols of translation so you can get started! You may contact either Ki- or Mio-sama and they would help you with translating.

I will definitely keep in mind that you can help out with translating other projects from time to time but your preferred project of choice to translate is the higher priority.

Is there any project titles you would like to suggest that you would like to translate? We are willing to pick up new projects as long as there are dedicated translator/s behind the project to drive releases out!

My current desired project is Shinkyoku Soukai Polyphonica - Eternal White. I don't exactly read the rest for now.
Again, I dont mind doing other shoujo projects as long as it does not screw up like how skip beat did.( I read until the 160 odd chpt before giving up)
PS Seiyuu Ichinensei looks interesting:)
edit: I generally prefer josei to shoujo so i dont mind doing josei as well:)

Oh really? I haven't been keeping up with Skip Beat. >.< OMG OMG OMG, tell me what happened? D;

You might want to discuss with Mio-sama and arrange some sort of translating schedule ie. you translate odd chapters and she does evens etc.

But Seiyuu Ichinensei is totally free. Very Happy Would you like to translate that too?

I dont mind doing Seiyuu Ichinensei but is it in furigana?
If it is, i think i will try to do that first cause I m nt sure if I have time to do 2 mangas:(
I m nt sure where u stopped but i stopped once kyoko started acting as ren's sister and had to do it in rl ( forced by the president). It was pretty interesting at first esp with ren acting as a siscon and kyoko acting as a brocon but after a few chpts, it felt like the author was following the mainstream shoujo mangas so i stopped reading it for close to a year.

Aw damn. I wanted to ship them together. >.<

Is there any josei projects out there that you would like to do? Depending if you can manage you can take on more than one project to translate at a time.

Yea i m from singapore but i m nt a female lolz.:p
Just that i read quite a bit of josei/shoujo cause sometimes the shounen manga becomes lame like naruto/bleach and all the other countless manga.
Something like 7 seeds i suppose or bitter virgin if it was josei(cant remember that well)
Chihaya Furu is awesome anime atm may read the manga when i have a bit more time

Oh, a new translator! Welcome =D

I read skip beat up to that part... I've always loved characters like Kyoko, so I can't really become disappointed as long as she does not change from being so funny hahah

I can help you out if you need any information... Don't worry, you don't have to be experienced.

Well, so... would you like to translate Seiyuu Ichinensei(Chinese) or Shinkyoku(Japanese in furigana)?

@ ki i suppose u can say that. Mostly Josei>shoujo but there are a few exceptions.
@ mio Tks for the welcome. Kyoko was a good charcter but i personally did not like how the artists was developing her character(this means no development at all) and that sorts of discourages me from reading on.
Anyways since someone is already doing shinkyoku I dont mind taking Seiyuu Ichinensei:)

You are more than welcome to help out Mio-sama with the translating! It's not one-all-is-all!

Keep your eyes out if there's any josei you wanna do. Drop us a note and we'll help you get started on your project of choice!

We are predominantly a shoujo-based group with the occasional shounen so it'll be great to pick up another demographic!

The raws are in the Project thread in the Staff Room...

You can do it like:

"person1: blablabla
person2: blablabla (Bubble)

person1 is boring (Background text or text in squares, usually thoughts)

SFX: Kaboom!"

Following the baloons order (right to left)

When you're done, upload the .txt, or .doc, or .whatever XD file in any host site (like mediafire, megaupload...) and post it in the project thread.

Good luck!!! =)
